LOL, I assumed he would move the sites first.  At the bw he is at he will
lose his customers if he doesnt move.  At the bw he is at he might as well
be turned off.

Anyway, never argue when you are in a bad position.  The colo guys just may
walk over and turn the server off, and then laugh at you when you beg for
them to turn it back on!  I have heard it happen before!

So move your sites first, then argue for a cancelation and a refund.
