...and for God's sake get another server up and running. Move
your sites there *first*, then pick a fight with your provider.
Nothing is going to be more expensive than winning a lawsuit
only to lose all your customers and reputation because the
provider decided to be a bastard and unplug you from the
switch the moment you became a problem.
