The exact method to use depends on the lease. Your two basic options is you
can argue that the goods are non conforming or you can argue an implied
warranty. Regardless, chances are they will argue that you cannot get out
of the lease so you have to play hardball, and just dictate exactly what you
are doing, why you are doing it, and if they argue file a lawsuit before
they even blink. They will drop the issue quick.
