Yes this is your problem.  If you followed the instruction posted on this
list to make the extra admin's you took admin off of the groups for many
sites.  CGI-Wrap will only allow a script to run if the user that owns is
part of the group for that site.  In order to get any CGI to run globally on
the server I had it set to run as admin.  When I made admin1 and admin2 my
scripts also stopped working.

You need to have the script set to run as admin1 (or whatever admin is part
of the group for the particular site).  I wound up putting admin back in to
the group for all sites so that my servers global scripts would still work.
Admin cannot FTP, I must use admin1 or admin2, etc. but everything is
workable in this fashion.
