if you go to http://www.ina.com.au/delegation/delegationfr.html you can use
the tools that INA (MelbourneIT) uses to test dns

their tests say:

Discussion of results:
The results for the testing on deepblueweb.com.au indicate that the domain
is currently correctly set up, and there should be no problems with form
submission or delegation change at this point.

If there seems to be a problem, then you should check the traceroutes again,
and notify one of the technical administrators of the problem, and they will
respond via email to the person concerned.
