When I talk of getting another firm to do it, I of course speak of a
firm that has DNS service as one of it's primary focus areas.
Deutsche Telekom is, well, a phonecompany :-)

The thing is, that you need to know the technical people
personally. You have probably been stuck in one of Deutsche Telekom's
great phone queues, and you get to speak with an "idiot" - who
redirects your call to another "idiot" and so on.

I think you're mixing some things together?
What do you mean by a "domain"?
