Not a garauntee.  Just look at Deutsche Telekom.  The largest network in
Germany and they can't even map thier IP's right. hehe.  And they DNS for a
large portion of Germany.  We just recently got a new C block and it was a
joke.  We finally had to have them release SOA to us.

I would only recommend it if you have the necessary dns knowledge yourself,
or if you have the necessary dns knowledge yourself AND need to perform dns
changes very often.  Don't but out a production dns box without knowing what
your doing.  You'll end up learning the hard way (normally).

Actually, I have found it best to have a primary and secondary in your
domain ( doesn't matter your line out ) and then have another domain provide
secondary for these.  There are plenty of folks that have no problems doing
something such as this, and provides for some serious redundancy.
