Yes, I would also suggest this course of action. Since people can take an
RaQ 4 OS Restore CD and use it on a RaQ 3, I am not all the surpised to see
this happen. I think Cobalt would also have a vested interest in seeing
this practice stopped and revoking any partnerships currently standing with
this dealer.
