Do you know of a third party utility that would track the transactions for a
Qube2?

It would be best if you didn't post the whole digest with your question.

It's already done. If you have a look in /var/log/xferlog each is logged.
This log doesn't include FTP sessions initiated from the server and the
command prompt since you're not using the FTP server but an FTP client.
