Cobalt informed me not too long ago that support was only good for the
first thirty days. Where does that fit in with your definition of common
sense? Basically, their attitude is "Hey, we've got your money, what are
you gonna do?" I especially liked their restore disk policy which skinned
anyone who needed one for an extra 100 bucks. Now they're being reasonable
by ONLY charging 30. Even the evil empire of Microsoft lets you have a
copy of the operating system. Like I said, the Cobalt support policy has a
total lack of integrity.
