[cobalt-users] CUBE2 - Password Hardware-Rest no Function! !

Hello to everybody!

A big Problem, I like to change the password for the Administrator on the
CUBE2!

1.st  my usual password does not work, I don't can go to admin site on the
CUBE2 ? ?
        But the password works the last day well and I can go in and out! !

2.nd  The reset-button on the backside of the CUBE2 doesn't work! ! !
        I push the small button with an paper clip, more than 2 seconds and
no message on the
        LCD-panel  (Resetting Admin Password) come, nothing! ! !

Whats going wrong??

All other things works (email, Web-service, ...)

Please, any help will be welcome
