[cobalt-users] Changing user Settings RAQ3 - problem

On a virtual domain  that has a site administrator and a number of users.

The site administrator when trying to change user settings, using the web
interface,  gets a "forbidden - You do not have permission to access the
requested file on this server. " response

The RAQ administrator gets the same response.

The user can access their personal profile and change their password.

Has anyone encountered this problem and resolved it please ?

This is the response  I have from my paid support (worrying) and I guess
they haven't heard back from Cobalt  since 7th November.

Hi Steve,

We can't seem to find what the problem is from here.
I'm going to contact our Cobalt support line and try and find out from them
what could be causing the problem.
