One thing though.
Be sure not to set the mx-records to cnames. They need a real adress and not
an alias.
Eg you cannot have your mx-record for macsurgery.co.uk pointing to eg
mail.macsurgery.co.uk if this is a cname to mail.macsurgery.com.
