It is best to avoid CNAMEs on the Raq, though. Best way to do this is set
up A records for the two extra domains.
Then in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf add the following lines to the
<VIRTUAL HOST> setup for macsurgery.com:
ServerAlias www.macsurgery.co.uk macsurgery.co.uk
ServerAlias www.macsurgery.net macsurgery.net
To deal with email for the two other domains see:
