[cobalt-users] upgrading to 128 bit SSL on a RaQ3

I leased a dedicated RaQ3 server at Verio for our hospital's web site.
Verio is supposed to set up the server for you
and I requested 128 bit encryption. Instead, they activated standard encryption
with a self-generated certificate.
I ordered Secure Site Pro from Verisign, generating my CSR and receiving my
digital id certificate and then I installed it on the site per directions in the
Cobalt manual.
I created an html page with a browser checker that led to a secured form which
is an application for a discount card issed by the hospital where I'm webmaster.
When you click on the link to the form, you get a pop up window that says
we have a self-generated certificate and medium level security. We do not.
We have 128 bit encryption and a Verisign certificate.
I then learned that Cobalt has a .pkg for upgrading RaQ3 servers to 128 bit
encryption. When I attempted to install the pkg file, I got a message saying
that it was a RaQ3 file and could only be installed on the RaQ3.
I have written Verisign, Verio and Cobalt about this situation and am not
getting answers.
What can I do to make sure the new certificate is recognized and 128-bit
encryption
is in place? Any help would be appreciated.
