[cobalt-users] Qube2 email timing out

I have a Qube2 hooked up to an ISDN router and sometimes when users go to
check their mail(from inside the network and over the Internet)  the server
times out.  If they immediately check it again it works fine.  Does anybody
have a clue what I need to do to fix this.  I've installed all the updates
from Cobalt and I'm afraid to do much else because I've encountered support
problems when trying to fix a RaQ when cobalt wouldn't help.
