It's in there, Peter, as clear as black-and-white: $49.95/incident has
been added, so you no longer have to get it for free <wry grin>.
Actually, they've always claimed to limit support, but they've never
actually done it. Now they've just formalized their support.
I suppose it's time for me to build my third-party support website.
