Perhaps write a few RFCs on how to do it?
Since the former is impossible, given the way SSL works (you don't know
to which site the request goes until after you've decrypted it, and you
can't decrypt it until after you know which cert to use), and the latter
won't be possible until the ftp protocol is expanded and both your ftp
daemon and all ftp clients are updated to use the new protocol.

(I must admit it's statements such as this that make me wonder if I can
trust some of your other statements, as, for example, those extolling
"Cobaltracks.com".)
