I find that the Raq3 hardware at UK2.NET works fine, but that their lack
of technical support is absolutely appalling. 

For example - my machine came pre-misconfigured dns-wise, (to save me
time screwing it up myself I would imagine) and I've had to resort to
using external dns management due to not even having been given the
phone number or email address of a guy who can re-boot my machine. I've
been with them for 6 weeks now and STILL can't find a technical contact
there. Also, I realise with hindsight, that the fact that you only find
out you have to pay for three years up-front once you're into their
sign-up rutine should have been a pointer as to what the service might
be like.
