Version 1.3 is not compatible with raq3 it seems. I had exactly the same
problem a few days ago. Uninstall 1.3 (following directions in the readme
file, see the email-relay entry in the Knowledgebase), and then install
1.2. It should then work. Your email users do not need to tick of the "My
server needs authorization" box in the Outlook email-account settings (as
implied by others on this list).
