[cobalt-users] Cobalt upgrades

I have a RaQ3, with pretty much a default software installation.  I
was just wondering what the deal with all the software updates is,
since people seem to complain quite a bit about them breaking things
when they're installed.

Which ones are safe to install and which aren't?  I'm coming from a
very basic standpoint here, I pretty much need to install every update
from the RaQ3 downloads page.  Should I?  What have other people done?
Wait a week or so after each is released to see what's made of it by
other people?
