hmmm maybe a few mails to their upstream providers might eleviate this. I
too do not like this company I was litterally their first customer. They
played God with this stupid little shell account I had. I was running an
html chat and they logged in capital letters ADMINISTRATION and announced to
everyone there they had to leave right now. They closed my account and
locked me out for using to much cpu and kept all my files even after they
said they would tar and feather and send em.
This kind of arrogant attitude that is expressed by these hosting companies
amazes me. They go out buy a quarter raq from some other provider piece a
couple machines together and go in business and think they are doing you a
favor.
Take a look arround communitech you are far from the only game in town. When
I give someone 6,000 dollars a year for a dedicated server and bandwidth I
expect courteous attention. If you are a week late on your bill big deal.
You don't cut someone off. We have over 300 customers and we never cut
anyone off till fully exhausting all channels. People depend on their
accounts.
