RE: [cobalt-users] Communitech.net Nightmare



UPDATE:

Payment made 3 hours and 30 minutes ago to Communitech.net.  Verification of
payment was sent to them.  The billing manager agreed that she has the
verification, but..........

Our Server is still down.   Incredible!  We called them, and the tech guys,
who seem to pretty decent, said the billing departement never contacted them
to turn the server on. The tech guys say they have to call the billing
manager at home to get her verfication.  Boy, am I pis*ed at their billing
manager. I don't usually use such strong words, but this is complete
INCOMPETENCE on her part and the part of Communitech.net.

Total down time caused by Communitech.net today:   9 hours 55 minutes.
Total customers affected:  100+
Total tech calls we received today about this:  over 50

We expect to lose customers over this.  Rightly so.  If I were one of my
customers today, I would leave too.  I can't explain it as being someone
elses fault.  However, I will make sure that they do not do this to us
again.  They have lost our business and I will do everything I can to share
my experience with others so they can avoid this type of situation.
