We sure will, and for good reason.  Mainly because we need DNS that
works all the time.

Yet.  While this is a fine decision for you to make, I think it's a bit
unfair to recommend it to someone else to point out various
disadvantages, such as if your server ever goes down everyone in the
world who tries to access domains hosted on it will get messages that
the domain doesn't exist instead of messages that it just can't be
reached at the moment.  And that email programs trying to send you email
will get fatal errors (and many lists will automatically unsubscribe
you) instead of just delaying delivery.

I buy a car for ease of use, but that doesn't mean I always drive down
the left shoulder just because there's no traffic in it <smile>.

While I won't deny that this works for you, you must take into account
that some of your customers may at least occasionally be behind
firewalls that don't let them browse your site, but who can still send
you email.
