I'd recommend not touching the gui, but doing it all yourself
separately. If you don't, then you're stuck with the same limitations
as the gui, just a bit faster speed.
And don't forget you also have to manage the /etc/named.conf file.
Our /etc/named.conf files have hundreds and hundreds of domains in
them. We break DNS down into many subdirectories as well, to make
domains more manageable.
