I have already received more than ample help not only through the user
archives, but also through this list. I am not showing ignorance of
research, I am just showing my discontent with cobalt for making a good
product, and stopping there. How anyone can expect to be successful in
business, much less this business, with such poor support is beyond me, but
it seems to be working for them. So, more power to them I guess, and as far
as im concerned, this user list is all the support I need (for now).

Yes, you should expect better support but, as you will out here, most of us
on the list rely on each other for assistance. I don't think flaming Cobalt
on the list has ever really made a difference for everyone (and reading it
wastes everyone's time). Solution: You will need to buy some Linux books, no
way around it. Then check the archives and knowledge base for your specific
problem. If that fails, post the problem, a description of your network
setup, state that you tried the archives, and I can guarantee someone on the
list (Dom, Kris , or Effie most likely) will try and help you. Best of luck
