Given the level of interest this question has raised, perhaps someone would
be kind enough to post some sort of instructions on how to get this
installed and working. I'd love to do this for our customers, but I had
decided to leave it for later, for some time in the far future when I had
more skills to parlay in this area.

But if it's that easy, and everyone else is that interested... then maybe I
should take a look at it now.

All help appreciated. And one suggestion: it helps future users of the list
if questions are answered primarily on-list, so they get archived. Let's try
to post answers here, rather than mailing them off-list...
