on your own RaQ server

This is discouraged by many, but the only option for some us 'newbies' with
limited budgets.

You will find links to different providers, some offering free primary and
secondary service here http://www.raqresources.com/links.htm

As well as links to various resources including Cobalt's Knowledge Base, and
if your search the August 2000 archives by date you find posted in the last
week or so a couple of ways to set it up 'properly'.

Also, may I suggest reading through the Netiquette page if you haven't
already http://www.raqresources.com/netiqett.htm. This can be a tough group
some days.

Hope that helps, I just took the plunge about a month ago...
