Yes,  If the other company dosen't mind you controlling the dns and
you will have a reverse lookup problem depending on the hosting company.

Nope.  If your customer figures out is ip number and does a lookup at
http://www.arin.net/whois/arinwhois.html
They can find out the name of the company that "owns" the ip and what
you have.... and compare... not to mention if they play with tracert and
find
that they are just going to "other big company"
