[cobalt-users] Raq 4r - can raid be turned off

Hi,

	I've run Linux servers, but not a Raq (yet) so please excuse my ignorance.

	I'm concerned that if the primary disk is being mirrored and the server 
has a non-disk intermittent hardware failure that the second raid disk will 
be corrupted as well. On a Raq 4r can the raid be turned off and the second 
disk used to hold a nightly backup of the primary disk?
