On the "Administrator Site", "Control Panel", "Access Rights" you can set
"Public Site Access" as "Restricted", which means that "Only registered
users can access the Public Site."  Then, anyone trying to access the site
must supply username and password.

There's not much you can do about authorised users seeing other users' email
addresses, names and web pages (which are meant for others to see).  That
scenario is why you have a Qube - if you want everything to be secret, you
need a different solution.
