Call Cobalt's number that was given to you after you placed your order.
They will transfer you to your area's representative. Talk to them about
it. I paid for the Express shipping and received it the next day via UPS
Overnight. I'm guessing yours was probably shipped via UPS Ground if you
didn't choose express.
