Dear Tim
that's a good idea , to build up a site for newbies...
I myself am a unexperienced cobalt RQ3 user. i had that problem too , about
ns1 , ns2 but thanks to my man "Dave Raza" I found some good resources about
how to configure my server to act as Primary DNS server of my own , and you
know the best part? It ACTUALLY works!
I am way too sick of the providers. You know , I contacted my provider asked
them about how to do this and they told me that I have to ask them to enter
every DNS records for the sites i was going to host into their own DNS
servers and choose their DNS server IPs when regging a new site.and that
would take an extra 4-6 hours (in addition to the 2 days NIC reg. delay)
I have only one more problem : Do I have to have another RAQ for my
secondary? Coz with the new revision , it seems that you can not have your
RAQ3 to function as both Prim/Secon DNS server.

	Funny it works for me!

My Raq3 is acting as both Primary and Secondary DNS. Although this is NOT the best solution, it works just fine. I just assigned a different IP address for the secondary. My IDC has provided me (at a small cost) with a 1/16th of a Class 3 license (16 IP addresses), so I have a few that I can play with.
	FYI. ; )
