Eh? (there's no need for both a .forward file and a .procmail file)

The files do not exists on your system, you'll have to create them
yourself.

The files should be named ~/.forward or ~/.procmailrc

(~/ denotes that they should be stored in the user's directory --
i.e. you'll have such a file for each user)
