I know, I told him to talk to his ISP or whom ever is maintaining his
nameservers.
It is possible that the mail that hits a certain route gets through and mail
that doesn't follow that route fails.
I am sure it could be fixed but one would need access to the records at the
registrar and then access to the nameservers.
