For anyone with the same problem :
This was solved by going to each domain that had FP ext., Site Settings and
disableing "uncheck marking" the FP. ext. and then enableing the sites FP
ext. then going back into user setting and re enabling the user's FP ext.
Tip : check what user's are setup using FP ext. first before disabling,
because they are all disabled after you disable the domain.
Another way I found on a Knowlege base site is to :
Step 1.
Telnet to your RaQ server as root and go to /usr/local/frontpage directory
Step 2.
Delete yourdomainname.cnf files by typing rm -rf the_domain_name.cnf
Step 3.
Go to the Server Management Console (web Interface), unclick FrontPage
Extensions, save, reclick FrontPage Extensions, and save again. This will
allow you add users and a domain with FrontPage Extensions.
Note: You are responsible for any damage done to your server; make sure you
know what you are doing before executing the instructions above.
