Hi Dan,
I have not received a response back from them on this FP ext. issue. During
the week they are great support, weekend's they are slow, but fast on major
emergency's.
When I asked about how they fixed the email Lock problem, he said that the
Cobalt tech fixed it, when I said did he reinstall the OS-2 and I think the
All-Security-3.0.1 update he agreed, so I'm not sure. I believe that was
what was done with your Raq2, Dan ?

I think there maybe a problem with the  RaQ2-All-System-2.98-6168.pkg  When
I installed the OS-3 pkg I got an "error could not install
RaQ2-All-System-2.98-6168.pkg  " Which worried me in the first place, then I
tried installing that RaQ2-All-System-2.98-6168.pkg  separately and I still
get the same error, I even downloaded that pkg again from Cobalt to make
sure I received the good file. but still an error.
This incident has given me great concern to installing any more upgrades
from Cobalt.
Since Cobalt "fixed the OS-3 e-mail lock problem" I have not tried to
install anything, but I do have a couple clients wanting to setup a new user
with FP ext but they can't.

Or maybe the problem is RaQ2-Update-OS-2.0.pkg  ?
I waited on installing the RaQ2-Update-OS-2.0.pkg until they stated that you
need to install this first before installing OS-3, why I didn't want to
install the OS-2 was that I remember my ISP telling me to wait because they
have incountered some FP problems when doing this, that was back when that
update was new.
I beleive that this could be the problem with the adding a user with FP
ext., 'OS-2' is a upgrade from FP98 to FP2000, and my old clients domains
are setup with FP98 ext. Maybe they need to be some how updated. Without
losing any of there files, some clients have some large file count.

While when I add a new domain with FPext. I can add users with FP ext all
day no problem.

Anyone have any ideas ?
