I presume you're addressing the issue of email being addressed TO
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Presuming that's correct, have you tried sending mail manually to
support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx from the RaQ?  Have you tried it via telnet,
with sendmail in debugging mode?  Have you tried imitating your sendmail
with telnet on port 25 to smctechnologies.com?

What else am I missing?
