Well, it was pretty much the last resort. With POP not working, what else do
you do? When I told Cobalt what had happened they were left scratching their
heads. I'm awaiting a call back as the technician said he escalated the
call. I'll need someone a bit more expert on the Cobalt OS to poke around
via Telnet and see what's up.
