[cobalt-users] Ftp access for site admins not working

I have a month old RAQ3 that we set several domains up on with site
administrators. The ftp access now takes up to a minute to authorize and
then dumps the admins into the users directory (only /web is viewable) and
there is no way to climb up and out to the main website. The main site admin
for the server still works, just all the domain admins (that were working)
now no longer have admin status, although it shows them having access in the
site admin pages.
I've restarted the ftp server, and rebooted the server as well.
Suggestions welcome!
