This rocket scientist integrated PHP4 support into the RaQ 4 line, but
didn't have a chance or the time to work PHP into the RaQ 3.

I think the only layperson means of adding PHP support to RaQ 3's would
be a package file.  I don't think anyone has created this yet.  The
cobalt-developers mailing list covers php installation in depth, albeit
not for a layperson.

The way to install php on a RaQ 3 is to follow the general linux
distribution installation instructions for an Apache DSO as obtained
from php.net.
