Any of us, but you'll have to be very specific.

It always scares me to read something like this.  The fact is that the
RaQ's email system works pretty well out of the box, if you use the gui
to add sites and users.  It's when you don't, and go into the system,
and change files manually, that you run into the most problems.

Have you upgraded your raQ3i to the latest operating system update?  If
not, then do it.

If you've changed any of the RaQ's configuration files, then change them
back.  If you don't know how and/or didn't save your backups, then
either ask Cobalt support or one of us to help you.

Once you've done that, then ask specific questions and give specific
instances.  Then we can help.
