I think I will shed some light on this one!

So everybody here wants to help the newbies huh?  Well you just beat up a 19
year old kid!  Congrats Everybody!  I started talking to him this week over
aol after seeing his posts.  He seemed dangerous and he lives about 2 miles
away from me.  He is a complete newbie to this area.  The whole area!  You
name it!

Where's the list Faq?  Where is the list posting guide?  Can we get it added
to the welcome letter?  on the cobalt site?  <BOLD>Jeff?  Please?</BOLD>
for that matter Jeff can we have a way to submit to and update the
knowledgebase? Without going through someone that sells your support?

He's a newbie that you can help with everything or just your favorite parts.

Aol Mail
It sucks.  Aol mail doesn't include the original text unless the user
highlights it before clicking reply.  Aol just sucks. Just say no!
