I operate huge e-commerce retail store and our mailing list is way over
17,000 - try triple that. In order to prevent time outs - we download (via
FTP) the entire list onto our pc and then divide it into fifths. We then
send each part up to the server one at a time and end up doing five
"mini-mailings" so we can reach the entire list. We then reassemble the
list in total and shoot 'er back up to the server. This is a little time
consuming, but is a successful, albeit, rough work-around. If ther is a
better solution, I, like Ross Perot, am all ears.
