[cobalt-users] RaQ3i Email Problem

Hello, everyone;

I get a new RaQ3i last month, Everything look well, until I get my first 
client, he can not receive email, I try to solve it, but I draw water with 
a sieve. I checked some files including: access, sendmail.cw, 
virtusertable, they are right. I try sendmail -bv name@xxxxxxxxxx to test, 
no problem. I try to restart sendmail also. But problem still maintain. 
What happened? I email to cobalt for it.
I email to cobalt ask it, they give me answer like following: " I would 
recommend
adding sys as an email alias for your account ", I can not understand it. 
How to add "sys as an email alias", they will not tell me, who can help me?
