Make one yourself - it's quite easy.

Try a one-liner like

grep temperature /proc/cpuinfo | mail -s "Yep!" mycellphonenumber@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

And then put that in cron...

Not really possible - as if it completely crashes, it wouldn't be able
to send email (ofcourse). For that you would some kind of hardware
watchdog.

I suggest setting up several servers that "watch" eachother. Using the
"BigBrother" software, that is quite easy.

You get cell phone / pager warning if anything is wrong with the
server (f.ex. sendmail down - or it lost network connectivity, etc.)
