Most Pagers/Cell Phones have email to pager/cell service.  So just setup a
cron job to send an email with the cpu temp in it off to something like
account12345678@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  And as for completely crashing.  Get a
cheap account with another ISP that allows you cron jobs.  Setup a script
to "get" a page from a site on each of your servers.  If the page can't be
accessed, get the script to send off an email to your pager/cell.
