Bravo.  This one has been a thorn is my side for many months.

But really its not so much as intelligence but just plain experience, and
lots of it.  There simply is no substitution for a solid understanding of
Apache or Bind, what have you.  I don't care what interface you put on it.

Marketing these appliances as catch all, completely turn key, no experience
required is irresponsible, definately misleading, boarderline a lie, and
certainly short sited.  The people that get alienated by unrealistic
expectations are the same people that go and rag on a product to 20 of his
closest friends and collegues.  So it will hurt the bottom line--even if you
manage to sell one today, it could easily mean 2 sales tomorrow.
