Check 'receive email for these domains box' -- or if you telnet in, the
/etc/sendmail.cw or /etc/mail/sendmail.cw file.  I suspect you will find
'cisnet.com' in the list.  

If cisnet.com receives it's e-mail at a different server say
'mail.cisnet.com', remove this entry.

Also, reguarding @thestockingplace.com -- after you telnet / ssh into
the RaQ3, try 'sendmail -bv sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' to see what
sendmail evaluates this too.  Make sure it evaluates it to the proper
address @mail.cisnet.com.
