[cobalt-users] Virtual email not working

Dear fellow RAQ3 users,

Ok, I am stumped on this one.  We have several customers setup with a secure
form (using our secure key).  We use formmail.pl to email the form back to
them but heres the problem; virtual mails don't seem to work.  i.e. we are
hosting www.thestockingplace.com.  We have an email setup called
sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx which is a virtual route back to the owners
@mail.cisnet.com account.  The virtual email routing works fine if we just
send email to it.  However, from the formmail.pl/raq3 we get an Internet
Server Error but if we change the formmail.pl file to mail to her
@mail.cisnet.com account it works fine.

Also, I noticed that if I try and use the raq to send email to
person@xxxxxxxxxx it tries to send it locally.  But if person@xxxxxxxxxx is
not on the raq we get an error that the email can't be delivered (i.e. it
tried to find the "person" on the raq.  If it can't it does not try to send
the email to another server)  But if I send email to person@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
it works fine.

So I am guessing the problem lies in sendmail but I am not sure exactly what
to look at or for.  Any hints, tips, pointers, etc. would be greatly
appreciated.
